Resources for Adults

Children are always discovering new emotions and feelings, but they often come with anxiety or uncertainty. We made Hazel's rainbow to help kids navigate through their emotions on their own, but they still need supportive parents to guide them. Unfortunately, many parents don't know how to support their kids or how to respond to their actions. With these resources, we hope to educate parents on how to successfully lead their children in discovering their emotions throughout childhood. "The Child Mind Institute is an independent nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children struggling with mental health and learning disorders." It's a great resource for parents to learn about supportive child care. It covers everything from anxiety, behavior problems, depression, trauma, and more.
